Smokes was founded in July 2015. Holy Smokes brings the concept of Texas Style Low ‘n Slow Smoked BBQ Meat. All the meats at Holy Smokes are wood-smoked for 3-14 hours at 90 up to 121 Celsius degree and grilled into perfection before served on table.
Beside its low n’ slow technique of Texas BBQ, the Holy Smokes’ uniqueness also lays on its Smoky BBQ Sauce created by Albert Wijaya, Owner and Executive Chef of Ersons Food. Its signature dishes are Smoky Beef Brisket, Southern Style Beef Ribs and Texas Style Short Ribs (USA/Australia). Furthermore, Holy Smokes also serves Pulled Brisket Sandwich, BBQ Chicken Salad, and Onion Straws.
